Hey Ryan, thanks for this - I appreciate your honest perspective. I started staking fitness more seriously in my mid 20s, and now, in my 30s, I definitely noticed changes. It’s quite a shock but then again, I think it’s encouraged me to take better care of myself overall, so that’s a plus 🙂!
