Good morning,

How interesting - I've never tried chicory coffee but have heard it be used instead of coffee grounds.

I wouldn't say my knowledge is really 'in-depth' about coffee pin particular, but I am really interested in the science of food and drink - when I find some interesting knowledge, I like to write about it and share.
